The first Citivana Consulting was established in October 2003. The primary services provided at that time comprised brand management, re-engineer and assist small- medium enterprises for venture capital funding and eventually to public list in high growth stock market e.g. London AIMS market. It also facilitated and provided consulting advice in financial instruments and property investment projects serving primarily the Chinese and Asian High-Net worth Individuals (HNWI) for relatively high return of investment (ROI) projects. In January 2011, Citivana Consulting UK Limited was registered in the United Kingdom and has successfully established a network of estate agents e.g. Century 21 UK , specialized solicitors for conveyancing and immigration services and various financial institutions to provide competitive mortgage solutions for potential clients in buying residential and commercial properties.
